Roller Jousting?

I was derping around in Splatoon with some fellow deviants, yesterday, and we discovered that if you try to ram into another roller while on the catwalk in Kelp Dome, you just bounce  off of them. I think it might be because you can't leave an ink trail on the catwalk, but I'm not 100% sure.  

We pretty much spent the rest of the match on the catwalk bumping into each other with our rollers like a bunch of idiots. XD

The red inkling is me, and the green and blue ones are supposed to be and , respectively. I couldn't remember what gear they were wearing at the time, so… Yeah.
